Visits to the site
The site counts visits without cookies and without storing your IP address or any ID. For each page view it keeps the page, the language, the referring website, campaign tags in the link (utm), your country and whether you use a phone or a computer. Clicks on WhatsApp buttons are counted the same way. These counts are deleted after 13 months.
Contact form
If you send a message, I keep your name, the email and/or WhatsApp number you give, your store link if you add it, and the message, so I can reply. If you give an email, you get one automatic reply. Messages are deleted after 12 months. The contact form never adds you to the newsletter.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, I keep your email, your language, the page you signed up on and a record of your consent: the exact wording you agreed to, when you agreed and, later, when you unsubscribed. You get a welcome email straight away, and every email has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe your email stays on a do-not-send list, and the consent record is kept for 3 years as proof, then deleted. Addresses that bounce are deleted after 30 days; only a scrambled copy (a hash) stays so they are never emailed again.
Spam protection
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you are a person. Turnstile processes your IP address and browser details for that check; see Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy policy.
Where your data is kept
Cloudflare (United States, with servers worldwide) hosts the site, stores the form data and counts visits. Resend (United States) sends the emails. Both are outside Egypt. I share your data with no one else and never sell it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing hello@fawzyismail.com. I answer within 30 days. If you think your data was mishandled, you can also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.
Children
This site is for business owners. Don't use the forms if you are under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes. Big changes to the newsletter are announced in the newsletter first.
